How long will it take to build my home?

Our new home delivery time line ranges from 180 to 270 days.
Are there upgrade options available?

There are upgrade options available for all models. Upgrades include finished basement, additional interior trim, and building options such as barrel-vaulted and tray ceilings. Customers are able to add additional features to customize the house to their specifications.
What kind of warranties come with my home?
